Things crack-a-lackin around Rae's

Here comes Santa Claus, here comes Santa Claus right down Santa Claus lane...

Over here at Rae's Relics we are making the change from Halloween to Christmas. I am making this switch so soon in order to keep up with the rest of the businesses in Port Colborne that are already making the switch. I want to mention that I honour and respect all of our veterans and would never want to appear as though I am disrespecting them by decorating so soon.

With that being said I have planned a kick ass display that I just can't wait to show you. I plan to have it all set up and ready for November 10th (My grand opening). This day also happens to be the Christmas Open house for most of the small businesses in Port Colborne. I strongly recommend checking out Sidey's Flowers and Anchored@ 21. They are both sure to offer some amazing things!!

Rae's Relics will feature many different local artisans starting with painted furniture done by moi! , hand painted signs (also done by me), Nicki Williams Phoography, Sip Happens

(sassy cups), Holistic Moms (chewelry, bath and body), Sudz Handmade( beaded bracelets, bath and body) , That Old Crafty Habit, Sophisticated Steel ( hand made jewelry) and Lovd Stuff ( customized pillows). We are a great group so far and hope to add some more local talent as time goes.

Rather than doing a big grand opening cake I have decided to serve The Pie Guys cookies and sweets from Bremfield's. Each of us local artisans will be choosing a little something to offer in a giveaway. You can submit your name for a chance to win by coming down to the store on Grand Opening and filling out a ballot. I'm so excited and can't wait to put some names to faces. please head on over and say hey, hi, hey you, wassssuuuuppppp… on Saturday November 10th between 10 am and 4 pm. I can't wait!!
